Galaxy Global International LLC (GGI) is a prominent distributor, importer, and processor of seafood and ready-meal. Our warehouse spans 40,000 square feet, located in GA,LA and NY, specializing in the storage and distribution of frozen seafood products.and we are dedicated to providing efficient and reliable services to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks, including document organization, meeting arrangements, and office supply procurement
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Assist in developing and implementing company policies, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, providing necessary support and guidance
- Perform other tasks assigned by HR Manager and CEO
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in warehouse or logistics industries
- Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and HR policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Lark, WMS, etc.
- Bilingual abilities (English and Chinese) required
