About Us
Classover is a fast-growing EdTech company based in New York. We deliver live and engaging academic and enrichment programs to K–12 students globally. We are seeking a professional and proactive HR Manager to support our recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives as we continue to expand our reach.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Lead onboarding processes by preparing documents, coordinating orientations, and ensuring new hires have a smooth start
- Track and organize employee training sessions and maintain accurate training records
- Maintain and update applicant and employee files in the HR system
- Conduct research on industry hiring trends and talent pools
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Who You Are
- 2year+ experience in the HR field is required
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Well-experienced in HR practices and operations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience or coursework related to recruitment, onboarding, or training is preferred but not required
