Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team at Triple M Dispensaries. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting operations while fostering a positive work environment for our employees. Your expertise will be essential in talent acquisition, employee relations management, benefits management, and enhancing our organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent for various positions.
- Manage onboarding for new hires.
- Assist in processing biweekly payroll.
- Manage background checks and CCC agent registrations.
- Manage benefits administration and open enrollment process.
- Manage leave administration.
- Support managers with progressive discipline, including performance improvement plans, as needed.
- Support employee development initiatives and training programs.
- Organize and executive events to support and enhance culture and employee morale.
- Assist in change management processes to facilitate organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including OSHA and CCC standards.
- Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Collaborate with management to design organizational structures that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with Executive Management Team to implement and track staff member objectives and goals to support organizational improvements.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Human Resource Generalist experience
- Proven experience in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition, benefits management and employee relations management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Must possess advanced knowledge of Federal, and MA State employment laws.
- Knowledge of CCC regulations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
