Human Resource Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team at Triple M Dispensaries. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting operations while fostering a positive work environment for our employees. Your expertise will be essential in talent acquisition, employee relations management, benefits management, and enhancing our organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent for various positions.
• Manage onboarding for new hires.
• Assist in processing biweekly payroll.
• Manage background checks and CCC agent registrations.
• Manage benefits administration and open enrollment process.
• Manage leave administration.
• Support managers with progressive discipline, including performance improvement plans, as needed.
• Support employee development initiatives and training programs.
• Organize and executive events to support and enhance culture and employee morale.
• Assist in change management processes to facilitate organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including OSHA and CCC standards.
• Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
• Collaborate with management to design organizational structures that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Executive Management Team to implement and track staff member objectives and goals to support organizational improvements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Human Resource Generalist experience
• Proven experience in human resources, particularly in talent acquisition, benefits management and employee relations management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Must possess advanced knowledge of Federal, and MA State employment laws.
• Knowledge of CCC regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
