Profile Summary:
Reporting to the Human Resources and Administration General Manager, this role will oversee compensation, payroll, benefits programs and plant general affairs. They will ensure legal compliance and lead benchmarking efforts, as well as oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, and company-wide services (uniforms, cafeteria, and company cars).
Responsibilities:

Directly supervises an HR team of Assistant Managers and Generalists

Assigns responsibilities and monitors workload to ensure deadlines are met

Responsible for coaching, developing, and evaluating performance

Lead compensation, payroll and benefits programs, including salary surveys and structure proposals

Lead operations to include vendor management such as the cafeteria, janitorial, uniforms and company cars

Support and foster a positive work environment in collaboration with other HR Managers and Assistant Managers

Partner with Learning & Development, Team Member Relations and Recruiting functions to support a unified HR strategy

Prepare and present data reports and KPIs for upper management

Develop and monitor budgets, justify expenses and investments

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and HR best practices

Represent ATX in benchmarking efforts with other North American Plants (NAPs)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or comparable work experience
- Minimum 5 years of Compensation, payroll and benefits management experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervising a diverse team
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements
Desirable Skills:

Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment strongly preferred

Data-driven, detail-oriented and able to present recommendations and KPIs to upper management to influence decision-making

Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite, to include advanced Excel and reporting skills

Experience with ADP EV6 or other HRIS software

Physical Conditions:
- Work is performed primarily in an open office environment within a manufacturing facility
- Must be able to walk production floor and interact with multiple departments
- Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional business travel may be required
- Work outside regular business hours based on operational needs
