Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the staff of a growing 11-practitioner medical practice. This role will be pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting, with strong knowledge of provider licensure and insurance credentialing processes. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Duties
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage benefits administration to ensure employees have access to necessary resources.
- Provide guidance and help administer performance management and employee development programs.
- Support time-reporting and payroll administration management.
- Streamline and manage provider licensure, credentialing and liability insurance processes to maintain and ensure proper status.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with practice objectives.
- Manage expense and reimbursement processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
Skills
