We are looking for an efficient Immigration Law assistant to assist attorney and Paralegals in various filings, client communications, and provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. You will assume a key role in our business immigration practice. This is a full time, long term position.
The selected Immigration assistant will start immediately. Candidate must have a team mentality with a go-getter attitude. He/She must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Candidates must have a high level of efficiency and accuracy in completing their daily objectives and should be computer literate with modern software applications. Professionalism and a strong work ethic are paramount. Salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience and education.
The ideal Immigration assistant would have at least one year of experience working in an immigration law firm.
