- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to enhance our agency’s growth by increasing census and referrals. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with physician offices, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, residential care facilities, and other community healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will excel in market analysis, strategic sales, and community outreach while consistently evaluating and improving sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders, including physician offices, rehabs, hospitals, and residential care institutions.
- Establish long-term relationships with community medical organizations to foster mutual referrals and collaborative opportunities.
- Market Analysis & Sales Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that includes clear goals, performance metrics, and targeted action plans.
- Regularly evaluate sales activities and outcomes to refine strategies and ensure optimal effectiveness.
- Business Development & Sales Calls:
- Initiate and execute proactive sales calls and meetings to introduce our services and secure new referral sources.
- Support business development efforts by identifying and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities.
- Outreach & Networking:
- Represent the agency at industry meetings, trade shows, and training workshops to expand our professional network and enhance brand visibility.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote our services and build a strong local presence.
- Collaboration & Additional Duties:
- Work closely with the business development team to integrate feedback and continuously improve outreach efforts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Administrator or Office Manager to support overall agency success.
Required work experience, skills, or education.
Demonstrated success in marketing within the in-home care sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
- Advanced Marketing Acumen:
Comprehensive knowledge of modern marketing principles and techniques, including strategic planning, creating relationships with healthcare institutions, senior living housing, and referral sources.
- Effective Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear, persuasive messaging and strong collaborative relationships with both clients and team members.
