Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator - Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient in office management, and provide exceptional customer support. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various administrative tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize company software/channels for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- New student registration, Class scheduling/rescheduling and cancellation
- 5-hour class and Road test registration
- act as a liaison between students, their parents, instructors and the school management.
- Maintain office supplies
Skills
- Proficient in office management practices with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with front desk operations and handling phone systems effectively.
- Familiarity with Monday CRM, DaySmart Softway, ect. is a plus
- Must speack at least English and Spanish
- Strong customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualifications/Licenses
- High school Diploma or GED or equivalent or higher
- Driver's License is a plus
