Part Time role - Bilingual Administrative Assistant. Hourly compensation, bonus and commission opportunities!! Colonial Insurance Agency in Keyport, New Jersey is looking for someone to assist with serving clients and providing administrative back-up support. This role is 15-24 hours a week with Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons preferred, but hours are flexible. A property and casualty license is a plus.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per year

Requirements
- Current P&C insurance license a plus
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- Must have previous office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to our internal and external customers.
- Adept with technology, draft letters & reports,
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Process insurance policy applications, endorsements changes and cancellations efficiently according to workflow procedures.
- Foster strong relationships to help maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
