Overview
We are seeking a results-driven, tech-savvy Internet Sales Manager to lead our dealership's digital sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in eLeads CRM, experienced in handling inbound internet leads and phone inquiries, and capable of converting digital traffic into in-store appointments and sales. This individual must project professionalism, communicate confidently with customers from all backgrounds, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management:
- Manage all internet leads and phone-ups using eLeads CRM
- Ensure prompt, professional responses to all incoming inquiries (within 3-7 minutes)
- Create and maintain engaging, persuasive email and text templates
- Set qualified appointments and follow up persistently
- Customer Communication:
- Convert online inquiries into in-person dealership visits
- Answer inbound phone calls professionally and convert phone-ups into opportunities
- Maintain consistent, respectful communication with all customers
- CRM Proficiency:
- Expert-level knowledge of eLeads CRM system
- Set up automated workflows and templates
- Track and measure internet team performance and report on KPIs
- Sales & Closing Support:
- Assist BDC and Sales Team in closing deals
- Present pricing, payment options, and offers confidently
- Follow up with unsold leads and no-show appointments
- Professionalism & Leadership:
- Maintain a clean-cut appearance and professional demeanor
- Communicate effectively with people of all ethnicities and backgrounds
- Uphold dealership standards and provide outstanding customer experiences
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Internet Sales or BDC Management (Automotive preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of eLeads CRM is a must
- Strong phone, email, and text communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Professional, persuasive, and approachable personality
- High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
