Role Overview: We’re seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selections, providing education on cannabis strains and products, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Checking ID’s of Customers
- Educate customers about cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations regarding cannabis sales.
- Other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, cash handling, or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and strains is a plus, but not required; we provide training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
- OLCC Marijuana worker permit is a plus, but not required; we can help you obtain it.
