We are currently seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Analyst – CAPITAL to join our Investor Relations team. This role is crucial in shaping and communicating our financial narrative to the investment community.
Position Overview
As an Investor Relations Analyst – CAPITAL, you will support the development and delivery of investor communications, analyze market and financial data, and contribute to the strategic investor relations function. This role offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time options and hybrid work arrangements for U.S.-based applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review investor materials such as earnings releases, presentations, investor FAQs, and reports.
Analyze industry trends, market data, and competitor performance to provide insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with managing investor relationships and coordinating meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
Monitor shareholder base and analyst coverage, providing updates to leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure messaging consistency and regulatory compliance.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM tools.
Support quarterly earnings cycles and investor events.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR software preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually, commensurate with experience
