We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investor Relations Analyst – VALUATION to join our Investor Relations team. This role will focus on supporting company valuation analysis, market data interpretation, and investor communication.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – VALUATION will assist in analyzing the company's valuation metrics, market trends, and competitive positioning. You will support investor communications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compelling messaging.
This position offers hybrid work flexibility and is open to full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze valuation metrics including multiples, discounted cash flow models, and other financial metrics.
Prepare investor presentations and reports highlighting valuation insights.
Monitor market trends, shareholder activity, and analyst reports.
Support investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM platforms.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure messaging accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports with a focus on valuation analysis.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Valuation, or related roles.
Strong understanding of valuation techniques and financial modeling.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
