We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Investor Relations Analyst – DISCLOSE to join our Investor Relations team. This role focuses on managing and supporting the company's financial and regulatory disclosure processes to ensure accurate and timely communications with the investment community.
Position Overview
As an Investor Relations Analyst – DISCLOSE, you will assist in the preparation, review, and dissemination of mandatory financial disclosures and investor communications. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure all disclosures comply with regulatory requirements and reflect the company's strategic messaging. The role offers hybrid work flexibility and is open to full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual financial disclosures, including SEC filings and earnings releases.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify financial and operational data for disclosures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to public disclosures.
Support investor communications related to disclosures, including presentations and Q&A documents.
Maintain disclosure calendars, documentation, and investor relations databases.
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely adaptation of disclosure practices.
Assist with earnings calls, investor meetings, and other communication events focused on disclosure.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of financial disclosure requirements, SEC regulations, and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with disclosure management software or IR platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
