We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investor Relations Analyst – EQUITY to join our Investor Relations team. This role focuses on equity market analysis, shareholder engagement, and supporting communications related to the company's equity performance.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – EQUITY will assist in analyzing Siemens Healthineers' equity market performance, shareholder base, and investor sentiment. You will prepare materials and reports for investor communications and support shareholder outreach activities. The role offers hybrid work flexibility and is open to full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze equity market data, shareholder ownership trends, and trading activity.
Prepare equity-related investor presentations, reports, and communications.
Support shareholder engagement and outreach programs.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure accurate messaging and compliance.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM platforms.
Assist with earnings calls, investor meetings, and capital market events.
Monitor equity analyst reports and market sentiment.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on equity markets and shareholder analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
