We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst – FORECAST to join our Investor Relations team. This role will focus on supporting financial forecasting, market analysis, and investor communications to effectively convey Siemens Healthineers' strategic outlook and performance.
Position Overview
As an Investor Relations Analyst – FORECAST, you will be responsible for preparing financial forecasts, analyzing market trends, and supporting the communication of forward-looking information to the investment community. This position offers flexible hybrid work arrangements and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and forward-looking statements.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and shareholder behavior to provide insights for internal stakeholders and investors.
Prepare investor presentations, earnings call materials, and Q&A documents focusing on forecasted performance.
Support investor meetings, roadshows, and other engagement activities.
Monitor analyst coverage and market sentiment related to company forecasts.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM systems.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of forward-looking disclosures.
Assist with regulatory filings and other compliance-related documentation.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Equity Research, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial forecasting and market analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
