We are looking for a strategic and analytical Investor Relations Analyst – GROWTH to join our Investor Relations team. This role focuses on supporting growth strategy communications and investor engagement to effectively convey Siemens Healthineers' long-term value creation.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – GROWTH will analyze growth drivers, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to assist in developing investor communications and strategic messaging. The role offers flexible hybrid work options and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends, growth opportunities, and company initiatives supporting long-term value creation.
Prepare presentations, reports, and communications focused on growth strategy for investors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Strategy, and Communications to gather data and insights.
Support investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings calls with growth-related content.
Monitor investor sentiment and competitor strategies to inform messaging.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM tools.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, Equity Research, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information related to growth and strategy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
