We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst – OUTREACH to join our Investor Relations team. This role is essential in building and maintaining effective communication channels between the company and its investor community.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – OUTREACH will coordinate and execute investor outreach programs, manage investor communications, and support relationship-building initiatives with shareholders, analysts, and other stakeholders. The role offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time work schedules, with hybrid work options.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate investor outreach initiatives such as roadshows, investor meetings, and conferences.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute outreach materials, including presentations, briefing documents, and Q&A responses.
Monitor investor feedback, market sentiment, and analyst reports to inform internal teams.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and regulatory compliance.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM tools.
Assist in organizing earnings calls and investor events.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Finance, or related fields.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software; familiarity with Bloomberg or FactSet preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Must be based in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (depending on experience)
