We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investor Relations Analyst – REPORT to join our Investor Relations team. This role will focus on supporting the preparation, analysis, and communication of investor reports and financial disclosures.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – REPORT will assist in compiling and analyzing financial data, preparing investor reports, and supporting the delivery of accurate and timely information to the investment community. This position offers flexible hybrid work options and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review investor reports, earnings summaries, and other financial disclosures.
Analyze financial data and market information to support investor communications.
Assist in coordinating quarterly and annual reporting processes.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams to ensure compliance and consistency in reporting.
Support investor meetings, earnings calls, and roadshows.
Maintain investor relations databases and CRM systems.
Monitor shareholder activity and analyst coverage related to company reports.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
