We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst – SHAREHOLD to join our Investor Relations team. This role will focus on managing and analyzing shareholder data, supporting shareholder communications, and enhancing investor engagement.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – SHAREHOLD will assist in monitoring shareholder ownership and activity, preparing reports and presentations for investor communications, and supporting shareholder outreach initiatives. The position offers hybrid work flexibility and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze shareholder ownership, trading activity, and voting patterns.
Prepare shareholder reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Support shareholder engagement and communication programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure consistent and compliant messaging.
Maintain shareholder databases and investor relations CRM systems.
Assist with earnings calls, investor meetings, and shareholder events.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Shareholder Services, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in managing shareholder data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
