Kitchen Team Member
Our company is growing, and we are looking for a kitchen team member to join our team!
The right candidate will be a responsible team-player, hospitality-driven, and excited to be part of a company that’s expanding into the Fayetteville community.
This position will be fun, but it will also be hard work!
- You will stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- You will work in a warm, fast-paced kitchen where timing, teamwork, and consistency are critical to the success of our overall operation.
- You will follow recipes and stay focused as you prep, cook, plate, and portion a variety of savory items.
- You will be personally responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized work area. This includes cleaning dishes, equipment, tools, and workspaces after use.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and standards
- Assist with prep work, portioning, and stocking stations
- Maintain food quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Monitor equipment and report any issues or needs in the kitchen
- Keep prep and cooking areas clean and organized
- Collaborate with the team to create a smooth and efficient operation
Experience
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently and stay organized under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication with both front and back of house teams
