We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all food products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak service times.
- Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with food handling, meal preparation, and food service practices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
