Position Summary: The Legal Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and supporting the litigation process on claims against uninsured responsible parties. The primary function is to ensure quality and compliance in the processing of claims. The Legal Coordinator must possess a high level of experience, expertise and knowledge of subrogation and combine that with a skilled interaction and oversight of the national attorney network.
