This position is responsible for maintaining the building, grounds and equipment in a safe and operable manner at all times.
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
Preparing and patching drywall
Painting and preparing apartments for new tenants
New tenant cable hook-up
Maintenance of grounds and operations of building
Small to medium sized plumbing repairs
Coordination of outside contractors for bids, grounds and building maintenance, and major repairs.
Training of new staff and residents in basic fire safety procedures

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
