This position is scheduled to work a weekly schedule with shifts being from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnoses physical plant, technical and mechanical problems and facilitates repairs while performing routine minor repairs.
- Oversees trash and recycling program with Maintenance Director to keep community in good standing
- Oversees safety program and maintains preventative maintenance management program.
- Monitors fire system, sprinkler system, and door entry system operation and maintenance.
- Assists with the maintenance and beautification of the community.
- Makes prompt effort to resolve all resident and staff concerns or grievances related to facilities and conditions under their direction.
- Assists staff members in the operation of emergency systems.
- Safeguards the privacy of residents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
