Job Duties: Laundry, wiping down surfaces and walls, emptying trash, cleaning windows, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and cleaning carpets. All other duties assigned within the scope of the classification.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: No specific education, training, or experience is required for entry to this class.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous housekeeping experience in a 24 hour, 7-day a week facility.
Other: Regular and Reliable attendance is required. Must have a valid driver's license and pass a federal criminal background check.
Work Shift: Tuesday-Sunday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have a basic knowledge and skills of cleaning, Ability to work with chemicals, use, operate and maintain several type of floor equipment. Install, Replace and adjust worn parts, etc. Must have the skills to understand oral and written instructions, perform manual labor. Must be capable of working individually, or as a member of a team. Must possess a wide range of knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals and safety practices.
