Responsible for managing the daily operations of all Customer Service tasks via telephone, internet, and mail. Responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting on the collection
of open patient balances.
- 5 years of experience in Provider Accounts receivable Management
- 5 years of experience in Customer Service
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or Management role
- Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Health care management or closely related field preferred
- Experience working with finance, PFS, and revenue cycle leaders to present key performance indicators with accounts receivable analysis
- Possesses and demonstrates excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates strong technical skills
- Proven aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking
- Advanced proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
