Responsibilities

Provide a variety of manicures and pedicures services, including nail enhancement.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained according to health regulations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products to provide clients with innovative services.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering tailored recommendations.
Assist clients with retail product selections, utilizing knowledge of retail math and color theory to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and adhere to all health and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology.
Experience in esthetic laser treatment is a plus.
Strong understanding of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a clean workspace.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of body waxing techniques is preferred.
Familiarity with retail sales strategies and retail math concepts.
Skills in barbering or hair extensions are advantageous but not mandatory.
A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing education in nail care trends.
