As we continue to expand and diversify our client portfolio, we are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service to join our Marketing Assistant- Events team for our Primo campaign. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our business. Our Marketing Assistants engage with customers face-to-face by delivering outstanding customer service and generating an impressive buzz around every product or service we represent for Primo. The objective is to drive sales revenue and boost market share for our clients' brands.
Responsibilities of a Marketing Assistant Include:
- As an Entry-Level Retail Sales Associate, you'll be at the forefront of fostering long-term loyalty to client brands. You'll provide customer service in person (in various retail locations) by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression, contributing to the growth and success of our clients.
- Deliver personalized solutions to customers, providing detailed product information and highlighting brand features that meet their needs.
- Our Marketing Assistants undergo thorough training to develop sales, customer service, and business management expertise.
- Drive sales by promoting products, meeting performance goals, and building customer interest.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and event outcomes, offering feedback to internal marketing & sales teams to improve client campaigns.
- Work closely with top-performing team members and senior management to stay current on the latest marketing trends and strategies.
Qualifications of the Marketing Assistant Role:
- Education: A high school diploma is required; an associate degree in Brand Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or any role requiring direct customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is necessary for this in-person role.
