About the Job
Are you a creative marketing professional who knows how to turn ideas into impact? We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team and support a variety of brand, communications, and business development efforts, all within the dynamic world of construction.
This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running blending graphic design, storytelling, and digital strategy to elevate our voice in the construction industry. You’ll collaborate closely with our Development and Strategy manager to bring Citnalta’s culture, projects, and people to life across internal and external platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of internal and external marketing and communications initiatives in alignment with Company messaging, branding, and business objectives.
- Lead the design and production of branded visual content such as graphics for digital campaigns, proposals, internal communications, and print collateral, while also developing accompanying written content that aligns with Citnalta’s brand identity.
- Maintain and update the company website ensuring accurate, timely, and visually consistent content.
- Manage the social media calendar and schedule posts across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Capture and edit photos and short videos from job sites, events, and project milestones for use in marketing materials.
- Maintain the Company’s photo and video libraries, ensuring easy access to organized digital assets
- Assist in the design and layout of high-impact proposals, award submissions, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and distribute internal newsletters and employee communications
- Monitor and archive media mentions, and track content performance across digital channels.
- Support company events, including invitations, collateral creation, and RSVP tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing, communications, or related role role
- Proficient in graphic design, including layout, typography, and visual storytelling, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience in visual design for marketing, communications, and/or branding projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts and web content (Wix preferred)
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with occasional travel to job sites requiring adherence to safety protocols.
- Willingness and ability to learn and effectively utilize appropriate AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in construction, architecture, or engineering industries
- Video editing and photography skills
- Proposal support or content development experience
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite
