We are a licensed Adult Medical Day Care center in Silver Spring, Maryland, proudly serving a diverse population of seniors and adults with disabilities. Our mission is to provide compassionate, culturally respectful care—especially to underserved communities. We are hiring a full-time team member to lead the outreach and marketing work in the local Hispanic/Latino community.
Position Summary
The Bilingual Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator will design and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract Medicaid-eligible Hispanic/Latino adults and caregivers. This role combines community relationship-building, event coordination, and culturally relevant marketing execution across print, digital, and social platforms.
Typical Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Some evening or weekend hours may be required for community events or outreach.
Salary & Benefits
$56,000 per year (non-negotiable starting salary for highly qualified candidates)

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Advertising
- Create Spanish-language and bilingual outreach materials (flyers, brochures, social posts, radio ads, etc.)
- Manage targeted ads with local Hispanic media
- Write and post social media content to promote services and events
- Monitor ad performance and lead conversions; adjust strategy to optimize outreach
Community Outreach & Partnerships
- Establish and nurture relationships with local Hispanic-serving organizations
- Represent the center at community events, health fairs, and caregiver meetings
- Host regular open houses and educational sessions in Spanish
Intake Support
- Guide Spanish-speaking families through enrollment process and eligibility screening
- Collaborate with both government and private organizations for client referrals
- Track outreach results and maintain a lead database
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written)
- At least 2 years of experience in community outreach, marketing, or healthcare-related services
- Familiarity with Medicaid or Hispanic social service programs
- Culturally competent and passionate about serving immigrant and underserved communities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva, Facebook Ads, and digital tools
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with seniors or adult day care programs
- Existing relationships in the local Latino community
- Understanding of Maryland’s Medicaid programs
