Job Description:
As a Marketing Director, your primary responsibility is to generate leads, build client relationships, and promote our cleaning services to new clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on commission-based pay, as your earnings will be directly linked to the volume and quality of leads you bring in. The position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, including businesses and residential properties in need of cleaning services.
- Cold-call, email, and network to generate new leads.
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and conduct client needs assessments to understand and communicate our services effectively.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain regular follow-ups to nurture client loyalty.
- Present and pitch our cleaning service solutions, aligning offerings with client requirements.
- Record lead generation activities, track lead progress, and report performance metrics to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a related field (cleaning, janitorial, or facilities management).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A reliable network or knowledge of local communities and businesses is a plus.
- Bounses: is based on the number of qualified leads generated and converted to sales, with bonuses awarded for exceeding sales targets.
