Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings.
This role involves supporting healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care, performing clinical tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the medical facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
- Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and assist in medical-surgical procedures.
- Manage patient flow within the clinic or outpatient setting, ensuring timely care.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
- Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program is preferred.
- Experience in outpatient clinics or inpatient settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Allergy testing is a plus.
- Ability to perform vital signs assessments accurately.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
