Urgent Care Medical Receptionist must be available M-F 9-4, but will need to cover evening and weekends when needed.

Flexibility is preferred. This is a FULL-TIME job and will average 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical administrative support and front desk operations
- Proficient in managing medical records and filing systems
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic and Meditech
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Excellent patient service and communication skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and clerical tasks
