Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in helping prospective buyers navigate the journey to homeownership. From initial contact through closing, you’ll provide outstanding service, build lasting relationships, and serve as a trusted guide throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a positive and engaging customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective buyers to assess their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Present model homes, floor plans, and available inventory, emphasizing features and benefits.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, financing, and customization options.
- Lead clients through the sales and contract process, addressing questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure homes are delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless closings.
- Deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint—before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain ongoing communication with buyers post-closing to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Keep informed on current market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments to position our homes competitively.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in new home sales is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing sales.
