Job Duties: Drive business strategy to ensure the growth and ultimate success of NextWave Americas Inc. Develop and implement organizational goals, procedures and policies. Set strategic goals and objectives, supervise daily activities, monitor operational and financial performance, and drive business growth. Manage, monitor, and review business operations including managing and monitoring the full business budget. Review and oversee all financial activities, performance and documentation. Purposefully guide business operations and employees to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Work with partners to understand the technologies necessary for NextWave business development, including business intelligence applications and cloud operating systems for finance. Build infrastructure, processes, and best practices to support the work of partnership and business development, including the introduction of tools and systems as needed. Identify and attract investors and clientele, leading to the company’s expansion. Build, grow, and maintain positive client relationships and drive new acquisitions. Develop presentations, communicate with clients, and secure the business. Train technology partners to ensure they are well versed in NextWave offerings to promote sales of the product suite.
Job Requirements: Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Financial Management, Operations Management, or related field plus three (3) years of financial management, management consulting, business development, or related experience: building and scaling boutique business operation consulting companies; implementing operational and strategic initiatives; diversifying client base and driving growth in revenue; developing and implementing workforce management strategies; driving client engagement and building new business relationships; building, executing, and managing staffing strategies; supporting corporate project management and resource allocation; designing frameworks for team development and business operations; implementing innovative technology solutions; and serving in key leadership capacity for a consulting firm from inception to 100+ employees. Salary: $100,000/annum
