Job Summary
The Front Desk Agent works over night and serves as the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is essential in managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries, and facilitating smooth communication between guests and hotel staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance.
Skills
