Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain responsibility and accountability for the hotel property and the safety of guests, and have authority for the hotel operations while on duty.
- Handle guest check-ins and checkouts efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information to all guests in a courteous and informative manner; Must have ability to keep guest information confidential.
- Prepare and have readied by shift change each day specified reports for managers.
- Receive and transmit mail, phone and written message for guests.
- Post all charges and compute guest bills using PMS.
- Balance daily revenues of Front Office and F&B operations. Audits hotel PMS to determine if accepted accounting procedure was followed in recording transactions.
- Notify the General Manager, AGM and FOM of any unusual incidents regarding operation and security of the hotel.
- Knows all emergency procedures for hotel and guest safety.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.Experience:
- Night Audit: 1 year (Preferred)
- hotel: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
