Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part Time Relief Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves balancing financial transactions, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics for management review.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
- Strong skills in guest relations and front desk operations are essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required to provide exceptional service.
