We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounts receiveable, cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in office management and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately
- Provide customer support and address client needs effectively
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Cashiering
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various administrative tasks
- Support the team with organizational tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing office records
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, but not required
- Strong clerical experience with a focus on customer service and administrative support
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
