Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing support to both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient office workflow.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Google Workspace tools for document management, collaboration, and communication.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering as necessary.
Skills
- Proficient computer literacy with experience in office software applications, particularly Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor suitable for front desk interactions.
- Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
