Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Support medical or dental reception tasks as needed, including patient check-in and record management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications is essential.
- Experience in customer service, front desk operations, or as a medical/dental receptionist is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
