Office Coordinator $17/hr plus Depending on Experience
Monday- Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday & Thursday
8:00am-2:00pm Tuesday & Wednesday
Aventure Staffing is looking for
Responsibilities:
- Greet Patients and check them in and out
- File insurance
- Reconcile of EOB
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Collect payment from patients
- Close accounts at end of day
- other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Be able to use a 10 key
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to work effectively with people .
- Computer and keyboard skills
- Must have strong organization skills and be detail oriented.
- Be able to multitask
- Basic math and some accounting
