Job Summary
We are a well established, sixty year-old, growing automotive dealership group with four locations seeking an experienced office manager/full-charge book keeper to oversee daily accounting functions, manage payroll, ensure tax compliance, and handle HR functions. the ideal candidate is ready to grow with our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients and visitors.
- Oversee clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to office policies and procedures.
- Support the dental receptionist functions as needed, ensuring patient information is handled with confidentiality.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is highly valued.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing and documentation processes.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
