Realty Management Partners is a property management company that concentrates in residential condominium association management as well as commercial property portfolio management. The operations admin assistant job handles a high volume of communications to and from our residents via phone, email, and in person, and ensures that all legal requirements are met. Highly proficient computer skills and data entry skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects is required.
The Operations Admin Assistant is an integral part of the Realty Management Partners and will need the following skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Share Drive
- Ability to learn new software such as Appfolio
- Highly organized
- Ability to clearly communicate with residents and staff
- Basic customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and given tasks efficiently
- Ability to read and comprehend legalese
Job will include:
- Ongoing Operations Admin support (answer phones, greet incoming clients, open and sort mail)
- Communications: Outgoing messages to owners, interoffice communications
- Annual Meetings support (mailings)
- Condominium documentation management (meeting minutes, legal docs, etc.)
- Filing accurately paper & electronic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
