What You'll Own
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage the full order-to-cash process. You’ll be the glue between customers, production, logistics, and accounting—making sure everything flows smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Your Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Accuracy
- Process orders from EDI, email, Shopify, and Amazon FBA in QuickBooks Online
- Ensure 100% accuracy in order entry and confirm all details before fulfillment
- Take personal responsibility for every order getting out the door correctly and on time
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate shipments via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight
- Create shipping docs (BOLs, NAFTA forms), book pickups, and track deliveries
- Proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers with transparency and care
Customer Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust through clear, prompt, and thoughtful communication
- Answer calls and emails with a service-first mindset
- Resolve issues quickly and leave customers feeling heard and helped
Accounts Receivable
- Post payments, monitor accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with customers about balances
Office & Team Coordination
- Keep our workspace running smoothly by managing supplies and supporting admin needs. Assist with planning and executing team meetings.
- Coordinate closely with production to ensure readiness for upcoming shipments
- Take the lead on prioritizing daily and weekly fulfillment goals
What You Bring
- Experience in order processing, logistics/freight coordination, and AR (ideally in food or CPG)
- Ownership mentality—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- High attention to detail—because small things are big things
- Strong communication skills—professional, clear, and people-centered
- Leadership ability—you naturally step up to ensure goals are met
- Software skills—QuickBooks Online, EDI platforms (like SPS Commerce or iTrade), Amazon FBA
- Bonus: Bilingual English/Spanish
Hours & Location
This is a full-time, in-office role, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Our office is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where we roll up our sleeves and support each other.
