Movin and Removin is a fast-growing local moving company. We’re hiring Part-Time Sales Reps to expand our referral network through apartment complexes, senior communities, and real estate offices.

This is a flexible, field-based role. You’ll visit properties, introduce our company to leasing agents, and follow up to build ongoing referral relationships. You’ll get paid for every move booked thanks to your outreach — no cap.

Your Position Provides:

• A chance to build residual relationships

What You’ll Do:

• Visit apartment buildings, senior centers, and leasing offices

• Introduce staff to our moving services and leave flyers/business cards

• Follow up consistently to build and maintain relationships

• Track your visits and report referral activity

• Represent Movin and Removin with professionalism and confidence

• Outgoing and confident — comfortable starting conversations with new people

• Self-driven and results-focused — you like being in control of your earnings

• Have reliable transportation (you’ll use your own vehicle)

• Present yourself professionally (business casual recommended)

• Organized and consistent with follow-ups

• Bonus: Sales, leasing, or real estate experience (not required)

Compensation:

• Commission-only (1099 role)

• Earn $50 per move booked from your outreach

• Example: 10 booked jobs = $500+

• Commissions paid monthly via direct deposit

• No cap on earnings
