Position Summary:
Martinez Financial Group Strategies LLC is seeking a persuasive, disciplined, and results-driven Outside Sales & Strategic Growth Representative to help drive our next level of expansion. This role goes beyond traditional sales — it’s a leadership path for individuals who are relationship-focused, confident in their approach, and eager to introduce entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals to powerful financial and media solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and convert new leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across your assigned region or niche market
- Present MFG’s full suite of services: business budgeting, bookkeeping, financial strategy, and media consulting
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to articulate clear value and close deals
- Track all leads, interactions, and pipeline updates in our CRM system
- Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs
- Analyze competitor trends and market demand to inform sales strategy
- Represent MFG at events, networking functions, and client meetings with professionalism
- Deliver high-quality follow-up and client communication to increase retention and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B or outside sales, with a strong history of hitting or exceeding goals
- Experience selling services (financial, marketing, consulting, or tech preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex offers
- Ability to connect quickly and build rapport with diverse audiences
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Skilled in strategic outreach, follow-up systems, and time management
- High level of personal accountability, organization, and drive
