Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday's
Hours - 4:00pm - 1:00 am
Pay - 24.60/Hr.
Job Description:
- Responsible for setting up all tape machine, label machines, box machine and daters on the line, setting up over wrap machine.
- Responsible for packing master cases at line speed before pushing through tape machine.
- Maintain the operation of machines during production.
- Perform necessary maintenance / Preventive Maintenance on equipment.
- Ability to recognize product that may not meet standards.
- Preform daily paperwork.
- Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor.
- Must be able to follow production schedule and Plant Manufacturing Instructions
- Be able to adhere to Standardized Work Practices.
- Perform various other tasks assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Manager.
- Be willing and able to communicate effectively with company employees at all levels of management.
Requirements:
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 49 pounds.
- Must be able to work on and around machinery and chemicals.
- Must be able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting.
- Must be able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit for minimum of 8 hours.
- Must be willing to pinch/grip product and place into specified location.
- Must have 6 months of continuous employment in the last 18 Months of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agricultural or production experience.
- This location does not accept rehires
